For teachers: Tools for Entrepreneurship Education (UnitEE)

Unite! Teaching and Learning offers 14 pedagogical trainings taking place online in the spring 2022 for Aalto University teachers including PhDs and post-docs with teaching responsibility. In this activity you will get to know basic tools and procedures to run Entrepreneurship Education.

Unite! Teaching and Learning is a series of training activities aimed at teaching staff, lecturers and faculty in all Unite! partner institutions, who are interested in sharing and developing teaching and learning practices. We invite you to meet Unite! colleagues while learning how teaching and learning is promoted at different partner universities.

Online Workshop

Thursdays, May 5, 12, 19, 26, 2022, at 10:30-12:30  (9:30-11:30 am CET)

+ 1⁄2 hour self-study as pre-reading before every session

Workload: 10 hours
Application Deadline: April 21, 2022

In this activity you will get to know basic tools and procedures to run Entrepreneurship Education. We will talk about the benefits of entrepreneurship education, the methods and tools to face it and a hands-on experience. This is a joint activity from Aalto, KTH, UPC.

Learning outcomes

  • Benefits of Entrepreneurship Education and methodology to implement it.
  • Tools for running a course, hands on experience based in building entrepreneurship for students as a professional challenge.
  • Feasibility analysis.

Target group

Teachers preferably at last year of bachelor level or at master level in any discipline where it is expected to generate innovations as products or services and as social innovations as well.

The activities – webinars, courses and training events – are run by pedagogical experts from the partner universities and are free of charge for the Unite! community. All “Unite! Teaching and Learning” activities are in English and take place online. Some of the activities will award credits.
