It is our pleasure to invite you to an alumni get-together at the Estonian House on September 18 at 6:00 p.m.

The event will feature the esteemed Michael Hummel, Professor and Director of Aalto University Bioinnovation Center, presenting on breakthroughs in bio-based materials, alongside Teppo Heiskanen, Director for Advancement and Corporate Engagement, who will introduce the Make waves campaign and share the latest news from Finland.

This is a wonderful opportunity for you to connect with your fellow Aalto alumni, as well as to hear about recent developments of Aalto and our growing international alumni community.

To achieve human wellbeing in planetary boundaries, we need new sustainable solutions to wisely use our natural resources. The Bioinnovation Center especially focuses on innovations in sustainable bio-based materials, with special focus on textiles and packaging.
