20 Minute Dance strengthens bodily presence. It is a basic exercise of Social Presencing Theatre (SPT), that helps us to connect with our bodies and listen to the present moment. When the body and mind are synchronized, we have access to the embodied intelligence.

“Focus is on offering you a space to turn your attention back to yourself, how you perceive things, how you notice the world. Which begins with an awareness of your own body and mind.” – Ricardo Dutra, CBCR workshop facilitator
