Aalto JobTeaser- Recruit a student
We help employers recruit Aalto University students by publishing work and internship adverts as well as thesis and project assignments in Aalto JobTeaser.
Are you considering hiring an intern for your organisation? Experts in technology, business and creative fields study at Aalto University. Our Bachelor's and Master's students may receive support in the form of internship vouchers for internships in public sector organisations in Finland, and embassy and permanent representation internships abroad, as well as non-profit organisation internships during their studies.
The degree programmes in Aalto University do not include mandatory internships, but many students want to include an internship as part of their studies. By interning, they often get their first exposure to work in their field and have the chance to put what they have learned at university into practice. From the intern’s perspective, it is especially important to have a dedicated supervisor who can provide advice and guidance during the internship. An internship typically lasts about 3–4 months, and during that time it’s good to gain as broad experience as possible across different kinds of tasks.
There are also lots of international students at Aalto University who are keen on interning at Finnish employers. By hiring an international intern you get both the talent and new ideas as well as multilingualism and -culture to your organisation. This is also an excellent way to try out international recruitment for example in small or medium-sized company.
The easiest way for you to reach our students is by using the Aalto JobTeaser plaform. Via Jobteaser you can post all open positions your organisation has available for students. Please read the terms of publishing carefully before publishing your advert. It is worth investing in a good internship offer text.
