Aalto International Talent Program is a group mentoring and networking initiative designed to support our international students' careers.

Our goal is to bring our international students together with Finnish companies, industry experts and Aalto alumni for an open dialogue and a mutually beneficial learning experience.

The Aalto International Talent Program runs yearly from January to March.

Since its launch in 2020

  • 730+ master's and doctoral students have participated in the Program.
  • 30+ companies have mentored our students.

Typically, around 40-60% of companies register for another season of mentoring.

Mentoring was a great way to support students and collaborate with Aalto University.
