The prize is the leading international photographic portrait competition, celebrating top contemporary portrait photography.

Tammi’s portrait ‘One of Them Is a Human #1’ is part of a series, which presents androids alongside one human, thus posing questions about humanity and what it is to be alive. The photo was taken at the Ishiguro-laboratories, Osaka University.
