Mounting and processing after printing

Mounting

Mounting is carried out as self-service at Printlab after orientation has been completed. Make a reservation in advance by emailing the workshop master [email protected].

Printlab provides aluminium composite boards 2 mm in thickness and 2-mm aluminium boards that can be cut into the desired size in the lab. The boards are sized 100 cm x 150 cm. Kapa foamboards 5 mm in thickness and sized 70 cm x 100 cm and 100 cm x 140 cm are also available. All the materials have a self-adhesive layer in place for mounting. It is also possible to use suitable materials acquired by the users themselves for mounting.

The self-adhesive material is available in two sizes: 104 cm and 152 cm wide. The device at Printlab can be used to mount materials that are 162 cm wide and a maximum of 5 cm thick. We do not laminate pictures.

Book binding

Book binding is carried out independently at Printlab after an orientation has been completed. Make a reservation in advance by emailing the workshop master: [email protected][email protected]

You can bind hardcover and softcover books with glue at Printlab. The maximum thickness for books is 45 mm and the maximum height 320 mm. The facility also has a creasing machine and a thermal lamination machine for laminating the book covers.
