Appealing against the Admission Decision, Bachelor's Admissions 2019
These instructions are valid for all Aalto University admissions for Bachelor’s level studies spring 2019 including the transfer student admission process and changing the programme in the field of technology and engineering.
The decisions for Aalto University admissions for Bachelor’s level studies will be published by Friday 28 June 2019 at the latest.
The letter of appeal must be submitted to the Registry of Aalto University by Friday, 12 July 2019 at 3:00 p.m. Finnish time at the latest:

The letter of appeal must be directed to the Dean of the School in question (for example: The Dean, School of Business).
The letter of appeal must be received by Aalto University Registry by the given deadline.
Your appeal must specify the subject matter of the appeal as well as the grounds for it. The appeal should contain your personal data and be signed either by you or your authorized representative.
The admission decisions are based on the information the applicant has delivered to Aalto University by the given deadline. The right of appeal means that the applicant has the possibility to request for rectification, if she/he believes that there has been an error in the decision-making process. The right of appeal is not intended as means for receiving feedback or asking for further information about the application process.
No appeal may be lodged against a university decision pertaining to a scholarship.
Appeals will be processed as soon as possible after the appeal period has ended.
The applicant can ask for information on his/her admission decision from Aalto University Admission Services.
