Service personnel that is competent and content with their work is an important partner to the academic personnel when realising the core missions of the university. We support the personnel in the service organisation in developing their competence in various ways in Aalto University. The aim is to find solutions that combine both the strategic competence needs of Aalto and the individual’s own career and expertise development needs. High-quality services and work that is successful and meaningful to an individual are built through professional management, service attitude and work community skills.
