Plenary, Keynote and Invited speakers, as well as Academic Members of the Academic Committees, please register using the link provided by the conference organizers.

Cancellation Policy

Registration is binding. Notifications, amendments and cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail or airmail) to Conference Agency Konffa Ltd. The fee for any amendment is 15 EUR/ registration. Should there be any mistakes in the given registration details, the fee for correction will be 15 EUR.

Cancellations will be accepted until 30 April 2020 with a refund of all paid fees, less an administration charge of 50 EUR. After this no refunds will be given.

Force Majeure, health related issues:
Should there occur an insuperable obstacle related to a registered person’s health, the registration fee will be refunded in full, less an administration charge of 50 EUR. Cancellation must be made in writing (by e-mail or airmail) to Conference Agency Konffa Ltd. An official and original medical certificate must be presented within two (2) weeks of the cancellation notification.

Konffa Oy Ltd recommends all-inclusive travel insurance.
