Registration fee enables access to all the academic sessions, coffee breaks and two lunches, reception & banquet.

Cancellation Policy and Rates
Cancellation received by 31st July 2023: full refund except for a handling fee EUR 50.
No refund will be paid for cancellations made after 31st July 2023. Please note that no-show does not constitute cancellation. In case of no-show, the registration fee will not be refunded.
All cancellations should be made in writing to [email protected]. Please include "Registration cancellation" in the email title to ensure replying in time!
