Registration and fees

Registration fee enables access to all the academic sessions, coffee breaks and two lunches. A special discount will be offered at 120 €, for the students in Master programs of a university in Finland. Note: the online payment will be closed on August 1^st, 2019.

Payments for the reception and the banquet will be collected separately, and are not included in the registration fees above.

Cancellation Policy and Rates

Cancellation received by 31^st of July 2019: full refund except for a handling fee EUR 50.
No refund will be paid for cancellations made after 31^st of July 2019.

Please note that no-show does not constitute cancellation. In case of no-show, the registration fee will not be refunded.

All cancellations should be made in writing to [email protected]. Please include "registration cancellation" in the email title to ensure replying in time!
