I am an enthusiastic Doctoral Researcher in the Textile Chemistry unit at the Aalto School of Chemical Engineering. My research focuses on Biobased materials, particularly plant- and wood-derived bio-dyes, to functionalize cellulosic fibers. I work on dyeing and printing cellulosic fabrics with Biobased materials while enhancing their properties with added functionalities such as antimicrobial activity, UV shielding, and anti-skin sensitization.
