Paula Koskinen Sandberg

My multidisciplinary work combines elements of organization studies, employment relations, feminist political
economy and sociology of work. Examples of research topics include neoliberal competitiveness policies, gender equality policy (especially equal pay), tripartite decision-making, public sector employment and collective bargaining. Within these topics, I am interested in questions of inequalities, power and politics. I study discourses and strategic communication of different actors in political processes, such as in policy formulation and collective bargaining.
