My thesis work is focused on regenerative organizing in forestry and the human-nonhuman collaboratory work that regeneration requires. Also, I am keen to explore reciprocal contributions of organizations. My hope is to increase the understanding how the multiple beings and ways of being could be appreciated to create more regenerative futures. As a biologist and organizational scholar, bridging posthuman organizational studies and natural sciences for a more holistic and inclusive perception is an essential part of my work.
