Iiris Hörhammer (née Riippa) is a health services researcher studying technology impacts in health systems with a specific interest to cost-effectiveness and human-technology interaction. Her research has been published in the top-tier academic journals in the fields of health services research and medical informatics. Hörhammer has served as the research director of HEMA (Institute of Healthcare Engineering and MAnagement) at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management. Currently she holds positions of a Research Fellow at Aalto University Department of Computer Science and a Visiting Scholar at University of Helsinki Department of Public Health.
