Learning outcomes

The course is targeted towards students that aim to get skilled:

  • Consultants helping companies develop effective organizational designs.
  • Future entrepreneurs looking to leverage organizational design to create strategic advantage for their companies.
  • Leaders inventing new ways of organizing work to achieve their visions in any kind of organization.

Content

This course focuses on gaining competence to evaluate and approach organizational design from variety of perspectives. Special emphasis will be placed on early examples of innovative organizational forms that haven't yet been proven but that may, in the future, provide significant competitive advantages.

The teacher has four (4) weeks to grade the exam submissions starting from the exam date.
