Take a campus survey – the survey is open until March 11
In our annual campus survey, we study how well the current university environment supports your work at the Aalto University. Based on the results of the previous surveys, we have developed the university’s indoor and outdoor facilities to better suit the users’ needs and improved the service offering on campus. We use the results of the survey as a tool in our continuous development efforts. Your feedback matters to us.
The facility survey provider is Leesman (www.leesmanindex.com). Leesman has the most extensive independent international benchmarking data on employee experience and the functionality of work environments. It’s important that everybody completes the survey and provides honest feedback on the current work environment. Your responses will be processed completely anonymously. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Please provide your feedback directly on the campus area map as well. Which aspects would you like to see developed and what is already functional? There is a link to the map at the end of the Leesman survey.
The survey closing date extended open until March 11th.
After having completed the survey, you can enter a draw to win a Suunto smart watch (value €229). If the overall response rate to the personnel survey exceeds 35%, we will also raffle off other wellbeing-related prizes.
For students, we will raffle off a Segway Ninebot ES2 electric kick scooter (value €699) among the guilds or BIZ/ARTS student organisations of the school from which we receive the most replies, so encourage your friends to take the survey as well! If the response rate to the student survey exceeds 10%, we will also raffle off other prizes.
Thank you for your cooperation!
