New professors appointed to the School of Engineering

During the summer three professors have been appointed to the Department of Mechanical Engineering and the Department of Built Environment.

Assistant Professor Heikki Remes has been appointed as Associate Professor (tenured) as of 1.8.2020 at the Department of Mechanical Engineering. The field of professorship is marine technology.

Henrikki Tenkanen, D.Sc., has been appointed as Assistant Professor at the Department of Built Environment for the period 1.9.2020–31.8.2023. The field of professorship is geoinformation technology.

Ilkka Keppo, D.Sc., has been appointed to Associate Professor (tenured) to the Department of Mechanical Engineering as of 1.11.2020. The field of professorship is energy systems.
