EIT RawMaterials SIGN Expert Forums
EIT RawMaterials has launched Strategic Impact Group Networks (SIGNs) to strengthen the value chains and collaboration across four critical sectors: Battery Materials, Rare Earths Elements, Green & Circular Metals and Mining & Processing Technologies. These networks unite partners from industry, policy, research, and academia to tackle four critical challenges.
What are SIGNs?
Strategic Impact Group Network (SIGN): Bridging skills gaps, driving innovation, mobilizing investment, and shaping policy across Europe's critical raw materials sectors.
SIGNs will bring together partners and thought leaders from policy, academia, science, and industry to tackle four critical pillars:
- Skills shortages: Building a skilled workforce for the raw materials sector;
- Innovation gaps: Promoting cutting-edge solutions to support the industry;
- Investment shortfalls: Attracting and mobilising capital for strategic industrial projects;
- Regulatory challenges: Advocating for policies that enable sustainable growth, etc.
What can I gain by getting involved?
- Shape funding priorities and define the topics of future calls;
- Network with top EU policy and industry platforms;
- Tap into expert knowledge, business missions, and B2B matchmaking opportunities
