Changes to education information in ACRIS

We are updating how education information is managed in Aalto University's research information system, ACRIS. The old source data for education information will be removed to help eliminate potential duplicate entries.

The education information in ACRIS comes from the HR system. When the transition to the current HR system was made, the education details of all employees in 2019 were transferred from the old HR system to the new one. This caused duplication of education information for some persons.

You can update your education information in the HR system Workday. See the instructions for updating information: Updating Aalto Profiles in Workday.
