Apply for exchange placements in the year 2024-25!

Apply for exchange placements for the academic year 2024-25 in the January exchange application round which begins on the 10th January and lasts until the 31st January. The application period for the 2024-25 exchange placements to Japan takes place from 10th November until the 30th November.

You can apply to three exchange destinations in one application period. You can find the destination universities, application instructions and selection criteria on Aalto.fi Student Guide.

- The School of Engineering and the School on Electrical Engineering will host an exchange information event on 22nd November at 13-14 at Otakaari 1 room U3.
- The exchange studies info desks are open for all questions regarding exchange studies, applications and destinations at the Harald Herlin Learning Centre room 107 Arttu on the following days; Thursday November 23rd at 10-11:30, Tuesday 28th November at 11:30-13 and Thursday 7.12. at 12-13:30.

The international studies advisor is at the Student Service Desk at Otakaari 4 (room 102) on Thursday November 30th at 12-14 and on Monday December 4th at 12-14.
