Yritysjuridiikan sivuaineen tavoitteena on tarjota perustiedot yritystoimintaa sääntelevistä oikeudellisista normeista ja niiden merkityksestä yrityksen toiminnan ja erityisesti sen talouden johtamisessa. Opetuksessa korostuvat sopimusten laadintaan, kilpailuoikeuteen, vakuuksien hallintaan, yhtiöihin, arvopaperimarkkinoihin sekä verotukseen ja verosuunnitteluun liittyvät näkökohdat.
