With this service Aalto University researchers and other staff members can buy books to their unit. Learning Centre will take care of the acquisition process and the invoice will be forwarded to the unit for payment and approval.

The Learning Centre will take care of the purchase of books through Aalto University contact suppliers, including:
- ordering books,
- reception of books,
- sending books to the client after arrival,
- processing of invoice into Abacus, to be handled by the unit.

Please note when ordering
- The order is binding. Please notice that you have to have authorization to make acquisitions on behalf of your unit before you send the order.
- Time of delivery for the books is 2-6 weeks.
- The e-invoice will be forwarded to the unit for payment and approval using the Abacus-system.
- With one form, you can order one or more books with the same invoicing information.
