SPAI-DT is an innovative, three-tier system designed for smart, predictive maintenance of structures, combining sensors, AI, and Digital Twin technology. The system uses smart sensors and cloud-based data processing to continuously monitor structures, detecting and assessing damage in real-time.
Digital Twin technology creates a virtual model of the structure, allowing for accurate simulations to assess the condition and predict future issues. AI-driven models then recommend proactive maintenance and retrofitting strategies, optimizing both cost (LCC) and environmental impact (LCA).
The system also includes an intelligent assistant powered by Generative AI, which provides users with clear recommendations for maintenance, considering the structure's current state and long-term sustainability. It even features an early warning system to alert users before critical failures occur, ensuring safety.
SPAI-DT offers a fully automated, user-friendly solution for maintaining infrastructure, delivering longer service life, reduced costs, and lower environmental impact—all without the need for major changes to existing operations. It is a pioneering approach in the field, bringing unmatched efficiency and ease to structural maintenance.
