The Fluid Power Laboratory research infrastructure includes the following:

  1. Large laboratory hall
    • three machine beds and 10 metric ton gantry crane
    • two separate test cells for smaller test setups
  2. Large hydraulic powerpack consisting of three 75 kW electric motors and axial piston pumps
  3. Readiness for other fluid power research
  • pressure accumulator energy balance testing
  • pneumatic actuator energy consumption testing
  • Teaching benches for hydraulic and pneumatic circuits
