Just as organizations felt they had the aftermath of the pandemic under control by having redesigned workplaces and introduced the culture of hybrid working, AI enters with full force.
Hertta was interviewed for the Nordic Business Forum Autumn 2023 magazine. In her interview, Hertta discussed the changing nature of work, how work has always changed and will always keep. changing.
