‘This is Aalto’ community event 2 March – Year 2022 in figures and stories

At the beginning of the year, it is a good idea to pause for a while and take a look at the previous year's achievements and examine, what we can learn from them. At ‘This is Aalto’ community event you will have a possibility to learn about the university's results from different areas including research, education, impact, and enablers of success. You can also be inspired by the work done by our community through a video summary. The event is part of the University Review.  

By participating in the event, you will get an overall picture of the university's activities and its impact. It also provides excellent orientation for both new and more experienced Aaltonians.  

The community event will be hosted by President Ilkka Niemelä, and the moderator is Elina Karvonen, Development Manager at the School of Engineering. We will also meet the new AYY Chair Ida Parkkinen. 

How to participate?

The event is a Zoom webcast and the audience can participate via chat. The event will be recorded, so it can also be viewed afterwards. The event is in English.
