The symposium gives concrete tools for students and academics to improve their interview skills. There are a multitude of things that we rarely think about, if we take interviewing for granted. To make interviewing more effective, we consider the structural, ethical and environmental aspects of interviewing. Our keynote speaker, an experienced journalist, will provide valuable insights and expertise on relevant subjects within the field of journalism, enriching our symposium by addressing the challenges of conducting interviews in complex or adverse conditions.
