School of Engineering Operations Development workshop, vol 2
Dear ENG staff member,
You are warmly welcome to share your thoughts on how we can further improve our operations, organization, and culture at the School of Engineering!
The morning workshop on 25th of October is the latter of the two events focusing on operations development. In this workshop, we will gather feedback on development action prototypes that were formed on the basis of the table discussions on vast array of topics:
- School organisation, incl. department structure
- Strategy implementation
- Decision-making and bodies
- Timing (annual clock)
- Aalto funding
- Financial matters at the departments (incl. tools for project management)
- Research and teaching infrastructure
- Offices and the hybrid way of working
- Balance of work and workloads
- Services for research and teaching infrastructure use
- Services for research
- Services for teaching and learning
- Organisation culture
Again, your views will be gathered in 13 discussion tables. Please, bring your own laptop!
We encourage all staff and faculty of the school to participate! After the morning workshop a lunch will be served.
