Internet Forum – Public lecture series online: The future of technology and Finland

Technology is changing our society more radically than ever before. Listen to top experts from IBM, Facebook, VTT, Accenture and other organisations discuss this topic in online lectures that are open to everyone!

Once again, Aalto University will organise Internet Forum public lecture series with top experts from businesses, the third sector and organisations. The lecture series is open to everyone and free of charge. 

Technology is developed faster and more radically than ever before in the history of humankind. Technological advances in different fields of science are dramatically changing the world, human life and society. The lecture series The future of technology and Finland will widely discuss and assess the impacts of the megatrend of our time. The lectures will deal with the impacts of technology on people’s daily life and companies’ operation, the technological trends of the future, data analytics, 5G and robotics. Perspectives related to technology and ethics, democracy, and security will also be discussed. The lectures are in English.

You are warmly welcome to listen to and discuss the topics!

Coming lectures

The lectures will be streamed live on Zoom and Panopto from 5:15 pm to 7 pm and they can be viewed online afterwards. During the live lectures, it will be possible to pose questions to the lecturers (only on Zoom!).
