In this fourth event in the Hydrogen Breakfast series, we will take a look at Combustion of Hydrogen and Hydrogen vector fuels in internal combustion engines. The event will be opened by a presentation from Prof Ville Vuorinen from the Energy Conversion & Systems group at Aalto, on hydrogen flame characteristics in combustion engines, looking at the fundamentals and use of high-performance computing for real applications. We will then take a view from the commercial side, with a presentation given by Rasmus Teir, General manager of Decarbonization at Wärtsilä, the global in internal combustion engines for both marine & power generation sectors.

The presentations will be followed by audience polling on related topics and a panel discussion of all speakers.

Please note that whilst the event programme & online stream of the event starts at 0830 (as above), for the physical event, breakfast snacks and the opportunity to network with other attendees will open at 0800.
