Defence of dissertation in leadership, organisations and work psychology, Emma Nordbäck, M.Sc.(Tech.)

Emma Nordbäck, M.Sc. (Tech.), will defend the dissertation "Shared Leadership in Global Virtual Teams: Building Conditions for its Emergence and Team Effectiveness" on 5 October 2018 at 12 noon at the Aalto University School of Science, lecture hall H304, Otakaari 1, Espoo. In this dissertation, critical success factors and hindrances to shared leadership in globally distributed teams were identified. While internal team factors were important antecedents to shared leadership, the support from team members local offices and the technological infrastructure were critical.
