ConnectToBrain Conference 2027

ConnectToBrain is a Synergy Project funded by the European Research Council, aimed at developing non-invasive, therapeutic, closed-loop stimulation for brain network disorders. C2B Conference 2027 is a gathering for the community driving collaboration and innovation across different approaches in the TMS–EEG community.

Join us on June 6–8, 2027, at Aalto University, Espoo, Finland, as we convene researchers, practitioners, and industry leaders to explore the latest advances and build new connections shaping the future of the field.

ConnecToBrain 2027 offers a vibrant program of keynotes, technical sessions, posters, and networking events designed to spark ideas and foster international collaboration.

Conference themes

Join us at the ConnectToBrain Conference 2027 — an intimate, high-impact meeting at the intersection of noninvasive brain stimulation, neurotechnology, and clinical translation. Rooted in the ConnectToBrain Synergy project’s vision for adaptive, closed-loop multi-locus TMS, the conference brings together scientists, clinicians, and engineers to advance brain stimulation from mechanism to therapy.

The program features invited talks from ConnectToBrain partners and leading international groups, alongside contributed talks and posters on topics such as multi-locus TMS, real-time EEG/MEG-guided stimulation, computational modeling, biomarkers, and clinical applications.

ConnectToBrain 2027 offers a forum for researchers globally to exchange insights on their experience regarding their work in the broad field of TMS–EEG. The conference will delve into various topics, including (but not limited to):

– Theory of bioelectromagnetism
– Sensors, measurement and instrumentation for bioelectromagnetic studies
– Bioelectric and biomagnetic signal processing
– Source analysis
– Simulation tools for bioelectromagnetic fields
– Cellular responses to electromagnetic fields
– Electroencephalography (EEG) and magnetoencephalography (MEG)
– Other bioelectrical or biomagnetic measurements
– Transcranial electrical stimulation (TES) and trancranial magnetic stimulation (TMS)
– Deep brain stimulation
– Neural and Brain-computer interfaces (BCI)

Abstract submission will be published soon. We will inform about the abstract acceptance by April, 2027.

ConnectToBrain 2027 is organized in an all-live format so that it can be attended only in person. Check for updates on submissions, registrations, and program.
