Welcome to Aalto University's new interview series Back to Work Sessions –How do we together build a more socially sustainable future of work?. The interview series is an initiative by Aalto University's Future of Work and is open for everyone on Youtube, as well as, a limited amount of guests in person.
The fourth event of the series will take place on Wednesday, January 19th at 15.00 EET our guest will be Senior Performance Coach Heikki Huovinen. After coaching in motorsports and Formula 1, Heikki most recently moved into corporate coaching. He will be sharing his knowledge on how to operate at an optimal level and how to maintain both physical and mental wellbeing at work. The interview is moderated by Research Director Hertta Vuorenmaa. The event language is English.
