AI 4 Science: from molecules to materials

Aalto University House of AI is organizing a mini workshop with the aim to bring together researchers in Aalto working on artificial intelligence methodologies and researchers working on applications in chemistry, drug discovery and material science.

AI 4 Science: from molecules to materials

The programme is composed of short spotlight talks from researchers followed by discussion over buffet lunch. In addition to presenting the highlights of their past and ongoing research, we encourage the talks to introduce open problems in the applications that could potentially be solved with AI approaches (“Nail looking for a Hammer”), as well as AI methods that could potentially be useful in solving new application problems (“Hammer looking for a Nail”).

The event is open to all Aalto researchers. Participants are invited to bring a poster describing their research.

Register by May 23 through this link

Please note that the event is limited to 100 participants. Secure your spot early to ensure your attendance!
