Marko Kosunen Group
I am conducting and coordinating my research activities as Co-director of Aalto Microelectronics Research Center (METKA) https://metka.aalto.fi. Aalto Microelectronics Research Center provides state-of-the-art design tools for integrated circuit design and high-quality measurement equipment. We actively develop programmatic and open-source design methodologies for system modeling and verification (https://github.com/TheSystemDevelopmentKit) and programmatic analog design (https://gitlab.com/mosaic_group/mosaic_BAG) in the context of microelectronics design for RISC-V microprocessors, sensing, radar, and wireless communications.
We have access to modern nanoscale CMOS technologies that we use through the fully programmatic IC design flow 'Chipndale' (https://gitlab.com/chipndale).
Our research is enabled by seamless collaboration with industry partners, some of them listed as contributors to METKA, enabling a wide variety of collaborative research projects among the METKA partners in Aalto.
