Anna's research focuses on service management, service ecosystems and strategic design. In recent years she has studied sustainability transitions, impact leadership, and value co-creation in the energy sector and industrial contexts. Her current research looks into the meaningfulness of industrial work. She is advising Masters students and doctoral researchers.
