NEB-Academy
We are actively developing new approaches to learning and content to advance low-carbon construction and circular economy practices across the entire building sector. In collaboration with an international research group, we are creating innovative learning methods and materials. The EU-funded project will deliver a plan for combining high-quality courses with online learning, aiming to provide easily accessible educational resources for the needs of the whole construction industry.
Aalto University forms the northern hub of the NEB Academy together with the Estonian Academy of Arts (EKA) and the Swedish research institute RISE.

Sustainability Toolbox
Sustainability Toolboxis an open online course on life cycle assessment (LCA) for buildings. We developed the course content in collaboration with researchers to support BIM-based assessment of carbon footprint and carbon handprint.
