We conduct high-quality research on business law related topics. Our research is regularly published in leading journals in the field and is cited in both domestic and international media.

Multidisciplinary and broad-based research in business law 

We conduct multidisciplinary research on a wide range of topics in business law, such as competition law, contract law, corporate responsibility and sustainability, conflict management, and tax law. The research is both theoretically and methodologically pluralistic, taking a comprehensive approach that considers the perspectives of companies, authorities, and stakeholders alike. 

Members of the faculty have published articles in a wide selection of leading national and international journals in the field, such as Oikeus, Lakimies, Liikejuridiikka, European Law Review, European Law Journal, Cambridge Yearbook of European Legal Studies, World Tax Journal, European Business Law Review, American Business Law Journal, International Journal for Project Management, and Industrial Marketing Management.
