“These days wines are 3-5% stronger than 30 years ago. More and more people are interested in wines, while there is also a growing trend of drinking more modest amounts of alcohol. During the PDP course, we have been working for WineMill to solve this problem, so people can enjoy more wine but less alcohol. We have built a prototype that can reduce the amount of alcohol in wine to as little as half of what it was at the starting point. The great thing is that you can carry out this process for just one glass, if that’s all you want.”
