Access right request and review: Infra users
Instructions for infra users on how to take into use an access token.
The host of the infra user sends the key responsible person email about the need for access. To be able to grant access, the key responsible person needs the following information:
- name of the person and company
- contact information, incl. email and telephone number
- access zones
- start and end date for access
- The key responsible person will check the information and on approval will forward the information to Aalto University Campus & Real Estate (ACRE) at [email protected] , cc host.
- ACRE will create the user in the system and add access rights and a token.
- ACRE will forward the information to the user where and when the token can be picked up.
- If the key responsible person does not grant the access, they will inform the host by email.
Access right deactivation
The end date of the contract will automatically terminate the access right. For reuse of the tokens, the tokens need to be returned to the lobby services at the end of the visit.
