ARTS Scanners
The School of Arts, Design and Architecture has several flatbed scanners, most of them for reflective material and some for films.
ARTS Scanner Locations
Väre:
- F008 printlab self-service point
- Väre 1st. floor corridor
- P107 VCD homebase
Otakaari 1 A-Wing:
- A046 ground floor hallway
- A131 VCD BA homebase
Väre:
- K104 workstation space (suitable for reflective and film materials)
- Väre 1st. floor corridor
Otakaari 1 A-Wing:
- A034 classroom (suitable for reflective and film materials), available to everyone when there is no teaching in the class
- A131 VCD BA homebase (suitable for film materials)
Väre:
- K104 workstations space (Hasselblad X1 film scanner), use requires initial study/introduction
- K104 workstations space (A4-flatbed scanner suitable for reflective and film materials)
Otakaari 1 A-Wing:
- A034 classroom (A4-flatbed scanner suitable for reflective and film materials), available to everyone when there is no teaching in the class
- A131 VCD BA homebase (A4-flatbed scanner suitable for film materials)
Väre:
- Large Fromat Scanner: F008 printlab (integrated in large-format printer), booking and info via MyCourses
- Repro-Photography: E005 open photostudio, contact the Workshop Master
ARTS Scanner Software
- Use the SilverFast application if installed, otherwise use Image capture
- Computers with the Epson scanners may also have Epson's own scanning software
- Hasselblad X1 film scanner (Väre K104) must be used with a FlexColor application.
