The world is full of everything interesting. Dive into the highs with high school courses deeper into science, art, economics and technology.

We organize camps, clubs, courses, lectures and events for middle school and high school students. Welcome to meet the tops in their field and other science enthusiasts.


Top education for high school students and the opportunity to get to know the university world. Intensive courses in autumn and spring, taught by Aalto University professors, researchers and teachers.

The topics of the courses are e.g. space and satellites, bioart, geophysics and micro- and nanotechnology. Students are selected for courses based on applications and application times are announced separately.

Quantum physics, production economics and neurosciences. Aalto University's open science lectures are aimed at high school students, but high school students, teachers and Aalto students are also welcome. Science lectures aimed at young people also bring new perspectives to the teacher, e.g. to study science and mathematics.

Millennium Youth Prize

Innovation competition for young people. The Millennium Youth Prize is for young people under the age of 19. In the competition, Aalto University professors present four different global sustainable development challenges to young people.

The evaluation criteria for free-form work are scientificity, creativity, innovation and feasibility.
