You will learn how investments, hiring, development, production and sales impact your cash-flow and, perhaps the hard way, what happens if you run out of money.

Join this unique AVP Masterclass for a hands-on workshop on building your own startup!

The focus of the event is in funding your own product-based start-up and managing its cash flow within the game. You will learn how investments, hiring, development, production and sales impact your cash-flow and, perhaps the hard way, what happens if you run out of money.

The game has been developed at the K-School of KAIST University, Korea’s leading technical university by professor Steve Ahn from KAIST. Before joining KAIST in 2014, Professor Steve Ahn has worked at Samsung Electronics, held several senior positions and found a successful startup in Silicon Valley.

The session will be run by AVP teacher Håkan Mitts who will guide you through the game and share also his knowledge on building startups. Håkan has worked with Aalto Ventures Program since its beginning and has now been in charge of the AVP course Startup Experience.

Please note that to play the game you will need a laptop. Both Windows and Mac work.
