Utilizing learning space AV system with a laptop

Some of the learning spaces allow users to connect their own laptop to the presentation system and use the space's camera, microphone and audio system. The space has pre-labeled HDMI and USB cables that connect to the laptop's HDMI and USB ports. Adapters are also available, if the laptop does not have a direct HDMI connection. Through the HDMI connection, the image of the laptop is displayed on the projector or display of the room. With the USB connection, you can use the camera and microphone with your laptop. Connecting the presentation technology and the laptop enables e.g. Teams or Zoom session by using the camera, microphone and audio system without the need to attach additional devices (e.g. Webcamera, Jabra, etc.) to the users' laptop.
As the AV renovations progresses, the number of compatible premises also increases.
