Service Leader Seminar
Service Leader Seminar is a form of regular meetings of service directors and service managers of Aalto schools and joint units.
Objectives
- Strengthen participants’ understanding on the operating environment and role in strategy implementation
- Work together towards smooth and clear service processes
- Strengthen Aalto way of working
- Share information and best practices and get feedback
- Support networking and cross-functional collaboration
Structure and methods
½ - 1 day events are organised approximately 2 times a year. Typical event consists of topical presentations as well as working sessions on service development themes.
