Professor Natalia Vuori’s research and teaching focus on Strategy Planning and Execution, Leadership and Change Management, AI Leadership, Entrepreneurial Leadership, and Overcoming the Five Habits of Dysfunctional Teams. Her passion lies in exploring how the cognitive biases, emotions, and behaviors of leaders and teams influence strategic decisions and impact the success of change initiatives, such as AI adoption, AI-driven transformation, and the shift toward an entrepreneurial culture.
Dr. Vuori is a six-time recipient of international awards from the Strategic Management Society and the Academy of Management. Her research has been published in top-tier journals, including Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management Studies, and Academy of Management Annals. Her most recent study, “Generative AI in Strategy Work and Firm Performance”, was honored as one of the best papers at the 2025 Academy of Management Annual Meeting.
As an experienced speaker and consultant, Dr. Vuori delivers keynote addresses, facilitates workshops, and helps companies navigate the challenges of AI adoption, AI-driven business transformation, and the development of entrepreneurial, innovation-driven cultures, turning leadership insights into practical, actionable strategies. She employs innovative, hands-on teaching methods, including simulation, role-plays, and cases. Dr. Vuori has also conducted research at globally renowned institutions, including INSEAD and Bocconi University.
