My present activitiesfocus onnanotechnology and nanostructuresbased on advanced nanomaterials which are used in nanoelectronic and photonic devices. The current research topics include

graphene and other 2D materials
semiconductor nanostructures
nanofabrication by atomic layer deposition, MOCVD, electron beam lithography, self-assembly etc.
devices based on semiconductors and their nanostructures
functional surfaces and thin films
quantum effects in nanostructures
materials characterization
