About me
I work as a Doctoral Candidate in Management Studies in the School of Business. My research interests are in people management, organizational behavior and inclusive work cultures. I'm keen to studying organizations by connecting the micro and macro levels, acknowledging the societal and other context individuals are embedded in, and that they aim to change through their agency. I'm currently writing about psycyhological contract formation of newcomer employees, and their sense-making on perceived obligations during their first steps in organizational socialization. I am also interested institutional work and institutional logics as lenses to organizational behavior.
